My journey into natural health and wellness began after losing my father and uncle to heart disease at a very young age. It forced me to explore holistic approaches to whole body healing. This taught me to take control and ownership of my own personal health journey and explore healing modalities and nutraceuticals that would allow me reach my wellness goals. This has inspired me to help and empower others to realize their own healing potential. I am a certified Whole Life Coach and and deep tissue non surgical practitioner.
The New World Practitioner Certification is recognized by the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors and Practitioners.
